Hannah Noss is a 5th year Architectural Engineering student with a focus in structural systems at Penn State University. She will graduate in May 2016 with EIT status and both a Bachelor's and Master's of Architectural Engineering. In the fall of 2016, Hannah will begin her career as a structural engineer at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc (WJE) in the Shelton, CT office. After graduation, not only will Hannah be starting her engineering career, she will also be starting her life as Hannah Rakowski after her marriage to Blair Rakowski in September of 2016.

Currently, Hannah holds a part-time position at Stahl Sheaffer Engineering while studying full-time. During the summer of 2014, she expanded her engineering knowledge with an internship as the head intern at Penn State’s Office of the Physical Plant. This led to her internship opportunity with Stahl Sheaffer Engineeringthe following summer as a structural engineering intern. During her time at Penn State, Hannah also participated in the Regional Construction Management Competition as the director of home design and her team placed 7th out of 35 teams that entered. In between class times and work time, Hannah loves to exercise and lift. Her favorite day of the week include Friday, leg day, and cat day.
